Attendees
on Friday were treated to a variety of artists including rock-duo The Black
Keys. The performance was a mix their albums ‘Brothers’ and the recent release
‘El Camino’. For those that wanted to dance their electronic hearts out, the
Swedish House Mafia treated fans to an audio/visual experience to close out
night one.
Saturday
provided a long day of musical acts the boasted beautiful performances by The
Shins and Bon Iver. In particular, Bon Iver’s performance was one the most
moving live performances of the weekend. To top it all off, international
superstar Radiohead capped Saturday with a percussive performance on the main
stage.
Sunday
was packed with stellar performances including Florence + The Machine, The
Hives and At The Drive-In. The headlining performance of the day was Snoop Dog
and Dr. Dre. The classic hiphop duo took the stage to thunderous cheering from
the main stage crowd. During their performance, Eminem, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa,
and a hologram Tupac made guest appearances.
In
addition to those in attendance, Coachella provided a live stream of the
festival that was hosted by YouTube. On Coachella’s channel, they offered 3
different channels to choose from. Each channel featured a different stage.
Also, the stream was visually appealing on a cinematography standpoint with
great camera quality and amazing angles.
Tens
of thousands of fans flocked to the Empiro Polo Club for the Coachella
experience. This weekend Coachella gears up to do it all again.
Don’t
have a ticket? Tune in to the stream this weekend!
